Terms of Service

These terms govern access to BlueCallerAI's website, software, and related services for plumbing businesses and their teams.

Last updated: April 20, 2026

1. Service

BlueCallerAI provides software and automation tools designed to help plumbing businesses handle inbound calls, collect customer details, support scheduling workflows, and manage follow-up actions. Features may include AI call handling, phone-number provisioning, CRM syncing, dispatcher alerts, analytics, and related onboarding tools.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your business and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account, keeping credentials secure, and controlling who in your team has access to the service.

3. Billing and Usage Charges

Paid features may require an active subscription. You agree to pay subscription charges, applicable usage charges, telecom charges, taxes, and third-party fees associated with your account. Charges may include Stripe subscription fees and telephony costs such as Twilio phone numbers, calling, messaging, forwarding, or related carrier usage.

If payment fails or your subscription becomes past due, we may limit or suspend paid functionality, including self-serve phone provisioning or other live-service features.

4. Customer Communications and Consent

You are responsible for making sure your business has all notices, permissions, and legal bases required for call handling, call recording, voicemail, SMS, AI-assisted communications, and any customer outreach performed through the service. You are also responsible for complying with applicable telecom, privacy, consumer protection, and recording-consent laws in every place where you operate.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to break the law, misrepresent your business, send spam, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or process data you are not permitted to use. You may not use the service in a way that interferes with its security, stability, or availability for other customers.

6. Third-Party Services

Parts of the service may depend on third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, Clerk, Jobber, cloud infrastructure providers, or AI/model vendors. Their systems are outside our direct control, and outages, feature changes, delays, or policy changes from those providers may affect the service.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We aim to improve responsiveness and booking workflows, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect transcription accuracy, booking accuracy, lead conversion, or any specific business outcome. You should review critical automations and keep a human escalation path available for situations where that is appropriate.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if your account is used unlawfully, creates security risk, becomes seriously past due, or violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any billing terms already incurred.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlueCallerAI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
