Use this page to request deletion of your BlueCallerAI account or associated business data.

1. How to Request Deletion

Email info@bluecallerai.net from the address associated with your account and include your business name, account email, and whether you are requesting full account deletion or a narrower data-deletion request.

2. Verification

To protect customer data, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account or authority to make the request before deleting anything.

3. What Deletion May Include

Depending on the request, deletion may include account profile data, business settings, stored call transcripts, booking history, dispatcher records, webhook secrets, and other customer content stored in our systems.

4. What We May Retain

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, financial recordkeeping, or enforcement of agreements. Backup copies may also persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course of operations.

5. Timing

We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable time. Actual completion time may vary depending on the complexity of the request, the systems involved, and any legal obligations that apply.
