Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how subscription cancellations, billing changes, and refund requests are handled for BlueCallerAI.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time. Unless stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund charges already incurred for the current billing period.

2. Usage-Based Charges

Telephony, messaging, forwarding, phone-number, and similar third-party usage charges are generally non-refundable once incurred because they reflect real underlying provider costs.

3. Refund Requests

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, email info@bluecallerai.net with your business name, account email, invoice details, and a short explanation. We will review refund requests in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund where appropriate, including in cases of duplicate billing, clear billing error, or accidental charge.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Except where required by law or explicitly approved by us, we generally do not refund charges for partial billing periods, unused time, completed setup work, consumed third-party usage, or account inactivity where the subscription was left active.

5. Disputes

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we have a chance to fix the issue quickly. Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension while the issue is investigated.
